Biographical Sketch: Juan C. Lopez-Mattei, MD is a cardiologist who completed an additional two year fellowship in cardiovascular multi-modality imaging in Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX. He has the highest level of training (COCATS Level 3) that can be achieved in echocardiography, cardiovascular CT and cardiovascular MRI. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, echocardiography, cardiovascular computed tomography & nuclear cardiology.
He is founder & Co-Director of MD Anderson's Cardiac Radiology Services. He is Social Media Editor of Journal of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance & JACC:CardioOncology
