Despite the growing body of evidence supporting timely recognition of cardiogenic shock (CS), hemodynamic monitoring, and tailored escalation to mechanical circulatory support, variations in practice may contribute to persistently high mortality rates. Could recognizing shock early, evaluating response quickly, and transferring to advanced treatment centers impact mortality before multi-organ failure occurs?  The panel will give practical steps and share experiences on how to set up an effective Shock team.
