Biographical Sketch: Michael Lim, MD currently serves as the Director of the Center for Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care at Saint Louis University. He has been at Saint Louis University since 2003 as an interventional cardiologist, holding previous positions as Director of the Cardiovascular Diseases fellowship program, Director of the J Gerard Mudd Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Director of the interventional Fellowship Program, and Director of the Division of Cardiology. He currently has many administrative roles in running the Cardiovascular Service Line, but also is active in complex coronary artery disease and revascularization with LV support, Cardiogenic Shock, Structural Heart Disease (including complex TAVR, [particularly valve-in-valve procedures, MitraClip. Watchman, and atrial septal procedures. He has authored numerous papers, particularly in the area of coronary physiology and serves as co-editor for The Cardiac Catheterization Handbook as well as The Interventional Cardiology Handbook.
