Biographical Sketch: Dr. Mehmet is the Professor of Medicine and Professor of Biomedical Engineering at The Arkansas Heart Hospital. Dr. Mehmet's areas of expertise are complex structural hear interventions, novel device development, interventional cardiology and translational research, in particular application of OCT intravascular imaging in understanding of peripheral arterial disease and coronary artery disease and its treatment. He is also very much interested in training of next generation of interventional and structural heart interventionalist all around the World.
