Biographical Sketch:
Kan N. Hor, MD, pediatric cardiologist, is the Director of Cardiac MRI in The Heart Center at Nationwide Children's Hospital and an Associate professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Hor received his medical degree from University of Illinois-COM, Chicago and completed his pediatric internship and residency at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and completed his Pediatric Cardiology fellowship including Advance Cardiac Imaging training at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Hor's clinical interests include cardiac MRI, cardiac CT angiography, echocardiography (TTE and TEE) and congenital heart disease. His academic research interest includes cardiac MRI and its application in both acquired and congenital heart disease with a focus RVOT imaging in Tetralogy of Fallot patients for transcatheter pulmonary valve assessment, myocardial strain in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and Tissues Engineer Vascular Graft in Fontan patients.
