Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Krishnaswamy was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He received his undergraduate degree at Colgate University and his medical degree at Yale University School of Medicine. He then went on to Internal Medicine residency in the Osler Training Program at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was honored with the opportunity to serve as Assistant Chief of Service (Chief Resident) upon completion of his training. He completed both General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowships at Cleveland Clinic after which he was invited to join the staff. Clinically, he spends most of his time on coronary and structural cardiac interventions and attends in the cardiac intensive care unit. Academically, he has authored and co-authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters relating to his areas of clinical interest and is involved in many device trials for structural cardiac interventions.
