Biographical Sketch: Dr. Pranav Kansara is structural heart interventional cardiologist. He completed sub-specialty training in structural heart disease and advanced heart failure management from Cedars Sinai Medical Center. His career focus include transcatheter interventions for valvular heart disease, left atrial appendage occlusion, percutaneous closure of intracardiac defects and transcatheter therapies for patients with advanced heart failure. Dr. Kansara has published numerous articles in multiple leading peer reviewed journals. He remains very active in clinical research and routinely present at national and international conferences. He has been active in multiple clinical trials as principle investigator. He is an active member of the structural heart disease council for SCAI and ACC academic working group.
