Biographical Sketch: I am Dr. Osama Hallak, MD and currently work as a senior medical resident at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL, USA. I was born and raised in the United States, completed most of my schooling here, and subsequently completed my medical school in the United Arab Emirates. I have had a great interest in cardiovascular medicine since I was a medical student with a passion for Interventional Cardiology. I have completed multiple rotations in cath labs across the country with leaders in the field and have presented my work at national and international conferences over the years. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide all possible minimally invasive interventions for my patients to avoid the need for surgery, as well as to innovate and be a part of the advancement of this great field.
