Biographical Sketch: D. Scott Lim, M.D. is a Professor of Medicine & Pediatrics at the University of Virginia, and director of the Advanced Cardiac Valve Center. He has been and currently is the national primary investigator for a number of aortic, mitral, and pulmonary valve trials, and has contributed to moving the field of transcatheter heart valve therapies forward.
