Biographical Sketch: Prof. Fazila-Tun-Nesa Malik is the chief consultant cardiologist of National Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute which is a 450 bedded tertiary Cardiac Hospital in Dhaka Bangladesh.
She obtained MBBS degree from Dhaka Medical College & MRCP from UK. She is a Commonwealth Scholar in Cardiology & did her training in Edinburgh. She is also a Fellow of American College of Cardiology and Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
She has many publications in National and International journals & participated in different Conferences as Faculty.
She is a regular invited faculty in international conferences like Asia PCR, Sing Live, India Live. CIT-China. Sri Lanka Interventional Meeting. Euro PCR & TCT.
She has performed live cases for different interventional meets like AICT, Sri Lanka Interventional Meeting, C3 (USA), Society for Cardiac Intervention (India).
Her areas of interest include thrombus containing lesions, Left main Intervention, Calcified lesions and other complex PCI.
