Biographical Sketch: I am a pediatric/structural interventionist. I practiced and taught intervention for 49 years before retiring in 2007. During that time in practice,I think I contributed to the development of the pediatric/structural intervention field from the very initiation of the field and contributed some to the development of the entire field. I published an atlas of congenital heart defect diagrams which is used in many individual and several commercial catheterization laboratory reporting systems. A second book serves as a guide to basic congenital catheterization diagnostic and interventional techniques.
