Biographical Sketch: Aimee Armstrong, MD, FAAP, FACC, FSCAI is the Director of Cardiac Catheterization & Interventional Therapies at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where she is also a Professor of Pediatrics at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. She obtained her medical degree at Northwestern University Medical School and then completed her pediatric training at Indiana University, followed by pediatric cardiology and interventional cardiology training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Armstrong is the Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program at Nationwide Children's Hospital and formed the Congenital Heart Collaborative Fetal Cardiac Intervention Team. She is the Co-Director of the International Symposium on 3D Imaging for Interventional Catheterization in CHD (3DI3), which holds annual conferences in the US and abroad.
