Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Chebl graduated with High Distinction Honors from the University of Michigan. In 1995 he graduated from Case Western Reserve University SOM. He trained in Neurology at Tufts New England Medical Center and was Chief Resident. In 1999 he began fellowship training at The Cleveland Clinic in: Stroke, Neurological Critical Care, and Interventional Neurology becoming one of the first interventional neurologists in the world and receiving the ASN Egaz Moniz Interventional Neurology Fellowship. He confounded the Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology. After 8 years at the Cleveland Clinic he moved to the University of Louisville to develop the neurointerventional program and achieved the rank of Professor. Currently he is the Director of the Comprehensive Stroke Center and Head of Vascular Neurology at the Henry Health System. He has participated in numerous acute stroke, carotid and intracranial stenting trials. He has authored multiple manuscripts and book chapters in the field.
